July 2023
- Ten years ago, on July 1st, 2013, the upjohn.net
website was launched. It was been updated regularly
since then and now contains over 850 web pages, 18,000
images and 22 historic movies.
February 2023
- The 1935-built Upjohn headquarters building in
Downtown Kalamazoo has been placed on the National
Register of Historic Places, which is the nation's official list of districts, sites,
buildings, structures, and objects that have been deemed
worthy of preservation for their historical significance.

2022
- Two years ago, specifically on December 13th 2020, the
first batches of Covid vaccine left the former-Upjohn
Portage Plant, with national media camera crews lined up
outside it. Since then, former-Upjohn plants in Portage,
Michigan and Puurs, Belgium have manufactured over
$60Billion of Pfizer Covid vaccine. By contrast, Upjohn
total revenue in its last year of operation was $3B.
