I can remember three Mix-O-Vial
products being made in Building 41 during the 1980s -
Solu-Cortef, Solu-Delta-Cortef and Solu-Medrol. The first pics
are official photos of Mix-O-Vial products. Then there are some defect samples used to help
train inspection workers. After that, the articles are from the July
1957 and April 1959 Overflow magazines. The first one urges Upjohn salesman to let the physicians
satisfy their urge to push the plunger, using a demonstration
package with colored water. The son of the Mix-O-Vial, the
Acto-Vial, is still manufactured today by Pfizer in Building 41.
