Lance Ferraro, a well-known local photographer in the Kalamazoo area, was employed by The Upjohn Company to take photos at various times. The selection of photos below showing the Portage site in the 1950's when it was new were provided to me by Lance in 2012.

Loraine Pschigoda took the photo below of the Building 41 front entrance in the 1950s.
