Phenolax was an important product for The Upjohn Company for many decades. These photos of phenolax store displays came from a book full of them. They are all undated. The largest displays contained 120 dozen with a total of 115 dozen sold during the display. That would have been considered a good outcome. The book would likely have been carried by an Upjohn salesman to show store owners how successful such displays could be. Note the sign in one display saying "No substitutions in this store".
