The Control Computer Handbook was compiled and published by Jeremy Winkworth. The first edition was in 1984. It was never part of the official Control procedures and standards system, but a single-person initiative to meet an obvious need. It was still being published in 1992 as shown in the example (ninth edition) below. It was a highly popular and well-used book. This copy of it is now in the regional history document collection at WMU.
